There are several ways to cut cords and negative bonds, hooks (angry emotional bonds that can be physically felt if you are sensitive to your body), including with gemstones.
Salt removes the energy of people, so it’s good to put a cup of salt in your bathwater, and much less (maybe 1/4 of a cup) in the laundry.
Gemstones can also be helpful in removing unwanted ties with people. Sunstone and Black Obsidian as well as Tunellite can do the job.
SUNSTONE
Sunstone can boost metabolism and help with weight loss due to its sunny energy. The golden stone gives off good vibes like the warm sun, boosting strength and an open optimistic energetic feeling! Other effects may be to aid you in working hard and taking good care of your money (very important for your future) and take good care of yourself.
OBSIDIAN
Face your fears and rise above! Pray for God to bring you understanding of negative relationships, and be willing to let go of things that are not good for you and move into the blessings God wants you to have.
Obsidian is helpful in soul searching to better understand yourself and let go of any heavy energy that has crept in.
TUNELLITE
While this stone can help cleanse your mental environment by bringing clear, sparkling white light energy, it is not necessary to have the stone with your to focus on the white Christ light that is all around us. You can call upon the energy anytime. Or, use a glass prism or diamond to envision the pure white light energy of tunellite.
Let the gemstone, or thoughts of white light, raise your consciousness to higher frequencies.
Let it increase the flow of energy throughout your body, eliminating any energy blockages and increasing your blood circulation. Then let your body bring you clear vision — ask to be able to see with eyes unclouded. For most people this is a process of simply allowing your eyes to open to see what you maybe have not been willing to let yourself see. But once you see things as they are, you can take steps to improve things because everything is in flux and is changing constantly.
Remember, thoughts shape the world.
Miracles are your right (ACIM)
If you are ready to accept this book’s wisdom (many are not), allow me to share ACIM with you. This book is like a compass that points toward ultimate truth, which is the natural law that governs our universe, A Course In Miracles: https://www.holybooks.com/wp-content/uploads/A-Course-in-Miracles.pdf
If ever you find yourself feeling you need an improvement in perspective, this is a very helpful book in training yourself to step back and overcome engrained fears and the ego perspective that keeps us separated from others and even from ourselves.
This video includes very interesting commentary. In everything align with love and let go of fear. Enjoy!
Workbook, Lesson 6
I am upset because I see something that is not there.
1. The exercises with this idea are very similar to the preceding ones. ²Again, it is necessary to name both the form of upset (anger, fear, worry, depression and so on) and the perceived source very specifically for any application of the idea. ³For example:
⁴I am angry at _________ because I see something that is not there.
⁵I am worried about _________ because I see something that is not there.
2. Today’s idea is useful for application to anything that seems to upset you, and can profitably be used throughout the day for that purpose. ²However, the three or four practice periods which are required should be preceded by a minute or so of mind searching, as before, and the application of the idea to each upsetting thought uncovered in the search.
3. Again, if you resist applying the idea to some upsetting thoughts more than to others, remind yourself of the two cautions stated in the previous lesson:
²There are no small upsets. ³They are all equally disturbing to my peace of mind.
⁴And:
⁵I cannot keep this form of upset and let the others go. ⁶For the purposes of these exercises, then, I will regard them all as the same.
