Life's Lessons: Never Get Angry or Bothered Again
Rewire your mind with meditation & how Jesus handled narcissists

It’s not easy to overcome negativity, but it may help to know this. There is a lie at the root of most every negative feeling. AI explains why: Negative emotions, such as fear, anger, or sadness, often stem from misconceptions, beliefs, or thoughts that are not accurate or constructive. For example, if someone feels unworthy or inadequate, past experiences, societal pressures, or distorted self-perceptions may be why. These feelings could be seen as arising from lies or persistent illusions believed about themselves or their situation.
Anger in particular is thought to largely be rooted in the illusion of helplessness. But we are never helpless — we can always impact real world events and situations with prayer. If we could only see the impact of our prayers as they go around the world!
Of course, sometimes you may be picking up on negative thoughts/feelings coming from other people, so be aware and either get away from them or ask God to shield you from their energy.
Exercise 1: when you experience a negative feeling, it’s interesting to ask yourself why you feel a certain way, and try to find the lie at the root of it. Write it out and see if anything can be done to change up either the situation or your response to it. The answer could be as easy as deciding to not be annoyed or angered on such a beautiful day the Lord as made.
Exercise 2: Try looking at your situation as if through a camera lens; zoom out making the images smaller, and then hit pause. It’s the same idea as looking down at your house from an airplane flying overhead to get perspective on your life. So how do you want to play it? Take God’s hand and ask how to best view the situation and to overcome.
Remember not to limit God’s grace in your life and to ask for what you need, like patience, wisdom, optimism.
Lastly, here’s how Jesus dealt with narcissists and negative people, including his own family. No doubt Jesus refused to see his family because he knew the interaction would only be negative. This, by the way, is clear proof Mary was far from perfect and seems to not have understood or fully agreed with her son’s mission on Earth.
Matthew 12:26-50, Jesus’ Mother & Brothers
46 While Jesus was still talking to the crowd, his mother and brothers stood outside, wanting to speak to him. 47 Someone told him, “Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to speak to you.”
48 He replied to him, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?” 49 Pointing to his disciples, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers. 50 For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”

Time to Take Good Care of Ourselves
Some of you may have seen that Brandon of Last Days on YouTube foresaw that the next pandemic will attempt to target those who are obese, like himself. He gave up all the fast food and junk food he loved and has lost quite a bit since receiving that word.
